Stand to defend
Do we stand up to injustice or do we remain quiet? The Bible is very clear. We must stand up to injustice and yes we will probably suffer for it but the reward will be great.
We must remember that we are fighting not only a psychological war but also a spiritual war in these times.
Fighting for justice
St. Constantine to stop persecution of the Christians started a war. We are not all called that but we must remember the thief did it in a small way, one could compare it to speaking out to job site or a discussion on the net. St. Constantine and the thief on the cross received salvation and are recognized by our church as saints.
We are all called the defend the innocent in what ever capacity we can.
Luke 23:39-43
New King James Version
39 Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, [a]“If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.”
40 But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? 41 And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.” 42 Then he said [b]to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”
43 And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”
